No. Cold calling is one execution layer. Kleos also covers prospect research, ICP understanding, script logic, compliance gates, appointment booking, transcripts, handoff notes, and sales learning.

The agreement governing partner use of the Kleos platform.

Agreement

By creating an account or using Kleos you agree to these Terms. If you use Kleos on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and approval

Partner accounts are activated after review and an approval step. We may decline, suspend, or terminate an account that poses compliance, legal, or reputational risk, or that violates the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

Partner responsibilities and compliance

You must use Kleos within the law of every region you target, and hold the lawful basis and consent required for the calls you run.
You must not bypass, disable, or attempt to defeat compliance gates, consent, suppression, calling-window, or AI-disclosure controls.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the prospect and customer data you import and for your authority to process it.
Calling is limited to regions with an approved compliance pack (currently the United States and United Kingdom).

Acceptable use

Your use is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Violations can trigger campaign blocks, suspension, or termination.

Billing

Paid plans bill on a recurring basis with metered usage for call minutes, numbers, and research/coaching credits. Prices, plan contents, and credit rates are shown on the pricing page and may be tuned; changes apply from the next billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual property

Kleos and its software, models, and content are owned by Kleos and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data; you grant Kleos the limited rights needed to provide the service. Aggregated, de-identified insights used to improve the product never identify a partner or its contacts.

Disclaimers and liability

Kleos is provided "as is". We do not provide legal advice; you are responsible for your own compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact
